10/10! I have a crazy schedule and had to move my appointment with this company a few times, they were so accommodating and did a fantastic job (the carpet looks better now vs when I first moved in)! I had some heavy set in pet stains that they were able to remove with ease (I have an at home carpet cleaner and it was not doing the job) and I'm so happy with their services, I would recommend Morales Bros Carpet Cleaning to anyone in the Big Bear area looking to get the job done right and in a timely manner!!

A great big thumbs up for this company!! They responded quickly to a request for a quote, fees were very good, showed up on time and ready to get the job done even in inclement weather. Very friendly and professional. I had my carpets and couch cleaned and they look like new!!! These are my guys from now on! They also do home services . Will definitely be hiring them for future jobs. 15/10 rating for sure!
